Case Study

Bangkok Art
and Culture Centre

Overview

The Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC) is a cornerstone of Thailand’s contemporary art scene. During the pandemic, A360 collaborated with BACC to digitally archive key exhibitions through immersive virtual tours, transforming temporary shows into permanent cultural assets.

The Challenge

Lockdowns restricted physical access, risking artworks that were on limited display. Traditional archiving methods couldn’t capture the immersive nature of exhibitions or the spatial narrative designed by curators. Ensuring faithful reflection of mood and lighting under restrictions was crucial.

The Solution

A360 utilized high-resolution 360° imaging and custom interfaces to preserve BACC exhibitions. Each tour mirrors the natural visitor journey, offering a rich educational experience for students and researchers on-demand.
